As the Earth’s workforce becomes more diverse with technological standards, it is essential to review interpersonal relationships and individual behavior patterns for space contributions. Reviewing research literature determines if social bias, psychological triggers, and race integrations (EduBirdie, 2022) can be thoroughly evaluated and identified to prepare or improve Space-based efficiency. Space exploration has created a new interest in providing a variety of earthbound talent and skills that benefit space travel and possible interstellar expansion. Still, none of these skills can positively contribute to a space workforce if behavioral triggers within a diverse setting do not address workplace inefficiencies (Saxena, 2014). Examining psychological patterns through group settings, confined spaces, and individual behavior ensures how to limit conflict in space-based environments (Basner, Dinges, et al., 2014). Should Earth's workforce and productivity deficiencies be fixed before or during space workforce development?
